Cold Plunge Tank

Being immersed in cold water stimulates leukocytes, the white blood cells that help fight off sicknesses. It also causes the lymphatic system to contract, forcing fluid through the lymph nodes. This process aids in detoxing the body and strengthening your immune system.

Frequent exposure to cold is linked to a number of different health benefits. For example, scientists have found evidence that exposure to cold speeds up metabolism. Another benefit of exposing your body to cold is that it reduces inflammation, swelling, and sore muscles. Therefore, many athletes use ice baths and other types of exposure to cold as a means to speed up recovery after physical exercise. Furthermore, cold body therapy is also linked to improved quality of sleepmore focus, and even an improved immune response.

    Infrared Sauna Sessions

Infrared saunas are a remarkably effective way to detox, and are also great for relieving sore muscles, joint pain, arthritis, chronic fatigue syndrome, eczema, and psoriasis. Many also experience better sleep, weight loss, improved circulation, and overall relaxation. How it works? Distant infrared waves penetrate the dermal layer of your skin, triggering perspiration. This is your body releasing toxins and heavy metals. Our sauna uses dry heat unlike traditional steam saunas, and triggers perspiration at lower temperatures than a regular sauna, making it accessible to those who can’t tolerate higher temperatures. It is important to stay hydrated both before and after a session.

Unlike traditional saunas that feature steam or dry heat to warm a room, infrared saunas use infrared heat lamps in confined spaces to raise body temperature directly.

    • Promotes circulation
    • Relieves pain
    • Boosts mood
    • Boost collagen production
